Application Guidelines for International Students (Bachelor's Degree & Short-term Programs)

1. Who Can Apply
You must:
l Be a non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport
l Be in good physical and mental health
l Have completed senior high school or higher education
l Have no disciplinary, public security, or criminal record
l Be friendly toward China and follow Chinese laws and JJU rules
l If under 18, provide a Guardian Commitment Letter (the guardian must live in Jiangxi Province, China)

3. Programs Offered
Ø Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Clinical Medicine (6-year program,)
Ø Short-term Chinese Language and Foundation Program (one-year program)
Ø Bachelor of Chinese Language and Literature Program (four-year program)
Ø Bachelor of Dental Surgery Program (five-year program)
Ø Degree programs including Medical Sciences (excluding MBBS), Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, and Management will conduct bulk admissions, with a minimum intake of 20 students.
The annual enrollment does not exceed 100 students.
4. Application Steps

Apply online at the Online Service Platform for International Students / https://jju.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx or email admission@jju.edu.cn → Submit clear, complete, authentic documents + a signed checklist form. |

Pay a 500 RMB application fee (non-refundable). |

Pass pre-inspection (National Immigration Administration) → receive a conditional offer. |
4 |
Attend an online interview or submit a self-introduction video (max 5 min). |
5 |
Receive the preliminary result within 20 working days after the interview. |
6 |
Pay a 5,000 RMB deposit within 2 weeks (refundable for force majeure or visa rejection). |
7 |
Receive the official Admission Letter and JW202 Form. |
8 |
Apply for an X1/X2 visa at the designated Chinese embassy/consulate. |
9 |
Register at JJU on a specified date (September or March) with all original documents & Student’s Registration Memo |
